Sister Knight is heading home.  We will miss her.  She's been a finding specialist, with quite a bit of time in the office.  Oops I forgot my badge!
After lunch at zone conference, we always sing Called to Serve to the ladies who fixed us lunch.  Here's Elder Johnson keeping us up to tempo.  Before we got here, they always sang sooooo slow.  So President put us in charge of tempo!

I have a massive headache today so this will be short.

This week was busy with zone conferences.  We have 5 zones, but we combined them into 3 this week because Elder Robbins was here last week.  Four of us office staff drove 2 hours to Springfield on Wednesday with 4 new cars.  We traded them out with the missionaries and drove home with 4 used cars Thursday night.  We had a zone conference Wednesday and Thursday in different buildings in Springfield.  Then another one Friday in Bentonville.  It's fun to see all the missionaries.  It's fun to see them so excited to see each other.  It's fun to listen to their comments in the discussions.  It's fun to hear about what they do with their days.  It's fun to watch 2 of them get up and leave if someone has to go to the bathroom.

I've been working on an emergency plan for the mission.  I had 3 different missionaries present it in zone conference.  After the 1st one was done, I decided I'm the worst communicator in the world.  I stink!  He obviously hadn't read any of my emails or texts.  Chris and I were in the back just dying!  Sheesh!  I finally had to walk up there and give him a paper to read from.  But the 2nd missionary on the 2nd day did very well, and on the 3rd day the missionary did a great job.  At least they understood what I had asked them to do and they made it clear.  I don't know what went wrong that 1st time.

All three days were uplifting and energizing!  And exhausting!

In one of the workshops, we wrote little short comments or testimonies on some of these subjects after president talked about them briefly.   It was sweet and inspiring to read them.  On repentance, one person wrote:  Who I was is not who I am or who I will be.  In the larger conferences, we had two boards to fill up with notes.
